Christopher Moshier

Good Day! I wasn't sure if I should write this first or third person or just get a second opinion. Christopher Moshier decided to mix it up a little just to confuse everyone.

I was born and it pretty much went down hill from there. Christopher was a product of the 80's growing up with his science fiction, comic books, and action figures. Armed with my Fisher Price record player, a scratchy record of 10 to 15 second sound effects, and a tape recorder I went off to do my own audio dramas. He is probably dating himself when he asks if anyone remembers the old Power Records (Batman, Superman, Spiderman, etc). My audio plays were based on those records, casting myself in all the parts.

When I was in high school I wrote a lot, designing many of the story concepts I am seriously working on 20 years later. My plan after graduating high school was to get my two-year degree in communications, move to California going to some film school, and start my career in Hollyweird. Nothing like that remotely happened. Instead I quit college and went to work landing a job as a videographer for a local company called Memories in Motion. Come on! Video Taping Weddings was almost like making a low budget Hollywood movie every week. OK! Maybe not!

Eventually I would meet the woman I would marry making working every weekend until 1am or 2am not so attractive anymore. I became a brain dead employee of some evil corporation, married, bought a house, blah, blah, blah. You know! All that American dream crap!

I had what I call my mid, mid life crisis when I turned 31 due to personal reasons in and out of my control. I quit my job and played video games for a month. When I finally woke up from my idiot coma I realized I'm not getting any younger. I best do what I want to do in life before I am 60 years old with a shotgun pointed at my head.

So I began to write.

I wrote for six months. It built from small articles for online websites to my own comic book ideas and beyond. With my mental health returning I went out and found a new job, my wife and I built a new home (literarily not figuratively), and here I am at Pendant Productions almost five years later.

I really like acting although I'm not very good at it. Voice acting especially would be a dream gig. Currently I can be heard as bad guy Ian on the "James Bond: To The End" audio dramas. It was a lot of fun to do. I would really like to participate more in the future.

If you have really have some bad insomnia you can learn more about me and see the ideas I am working on at the following links.
