Director. Writer. Actor. Supposedly a Theatre teacher, but y'know, sometimes that's debatable. In her early twenties, Kathryn Pryde (Kat to everyone) is an East Coast native who went to college in Southern Virginia's Longwood University, and recently just relocated to the abode of a one Kristen Bays, her best friend and now roommate, out in Dallas, Texas. What does this mean? It means that she can spend even more time doing what she has enjoyed doing for the last five years - working on Pendant. A theatre major and a history minor, with a dabbling in creative writing, Kat loves writing, and is pleased to have gone from stage productions of Annie, The Comedy of Errors and Much Ado About Nothing, to directing, writing and acting in her original series for Pendant, Genesis Avalon. She carries a reoccuring role in every ongoing Pendant show (just about, there's a few she just didn't get to audition for), and that just tickles her pink. Kat spends her time going from a day job to working for Pendant, performing wherever she can, and is hoping that one day, she will be able to live up to her dream of ACTUALLY dressing like Wonder Girl for Six Flags one year. We'll see. Listen to Kat's first interview in This Week In Pendant! Listen to Kat's second interview in This Week In Pendant!
