Scott Vinnacombe

Scotty V has been performing from the early age of zygote. A time in his life when he knew but three things...

He loved his wife Michelle unconditionally, almost 23 years before he even met her, not to mention before he was born. He loved his daughter Chloe unendingly (and that would then be, by comparison, another 8 and half years after he would meet his wife! And thirdly...that peppy little zygote KNEW that he would have an unquenchable desire to perform. To Act. To Sing. To Entertain. Forever! Man that was some prophetic little unborn zygote let me tell you. And believe you me, the support that zygote KNEW he would get from his parents (Scott 1 and Debra) and family was what saw him through it all.

So now, after being born, growing up and then getting a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts, that little zygote (henceforth known as Scotty the V or just Scotty V, sometimes Scott or Sco) starting working in Theatre and film and radio and voiceover. He's played Hamlet's dead father, the ghost, in "Hamlet," Tom Wingfield in Tennessee Williams' "The Glass Menagerie," Malcolm in "Macbeth," and Andrew Agucheek in "Twelfth Night." The V has also entertained the masses in musicals the likes of "The Jungle Book," where he played the wolf Akela and Mogli's father Kabir and he was Pharaoh and Levi in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." He's also played Bob Cratchit and Jacob Marley in "Scrooge: The Musical" and his favorite theatre role to date is probably the Balladeer in Sondheim's "Assassins."

In film the little zygote boy has played a construction worker transformed into an evil demon in "Reflection," Alan, brother of the later murdered main character in "Deadroll" and a customer in a deli/coffee shop where a man is being held prisoner in the "Basement." He's been an on-air personality on 98.5 KRZ, a local top 40 radio station in Northeast, PA, did a voiceover for a dentist spec ad called Dr. Smigel and is now working on many Pendant productions much to his own delight. He can also be heard in the SFX production "Starfleet: Dark Rising" audio drama at http://www.sfxb.co.uk/genesis/stftgenesisstory1.html as the Heir, the Termoids and Commander Magellan.
