This is the former page dedicated to the "Back to the Future IV" fan audio drama production, which was not in competition with Universal, who did not authorize the work.

"Back to the Future" created by Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis, copyright Universal.

On June 7, 2011, NBC Universal sent Pendant Productions a cease and desist takedown notice for our as-yet unaired "Back to the Future IV" fan production.

We immediately took down the page and all references to the show from our release schedule, FAQ, and even mentions of the show on our Facebook page (per their request). For two weeks we did our best to work with them to find a different solution, but their stance was unwavering and we are not being allowed to release the show.

I know a lot of you were looking forward to hearing it and celebrating our mutual love for the "Back to the Future" franchise, and we were looking forward to bringing it to you. A lot of very talented people spent over two years working on the production, but it's out of our hands at this point.

We're just as disappointed as you are, but please do not take your anger out on NBC Universal. They're doing what they feel is in the best interest of their property, and while we may disagree with their decision we still thank them for communicating with us as we tried to come to a resolution.

I wish things had gone differently, but for now the DeLorean will sit under a tarp in the garage.

"Good night, Future Boy."
